Order requests

Submitting checkout sends an order request and does not itself create a charge. Availability, production timing, shipping, taxes where applicable and the final total are confirmed before payment instructions are issued.

Natural materials

Preserved moss varies naturally in color, texture, shape and density. Product photographs show the design direction, but a handmade piece will have small natural differences.

Choose the exact finish, size or set shown on the product page. If a detail is important for installation or fit, ask before confirming payment so it can be reviewed with the order.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Shipping and production details are provided with the final order confirmation. Return or cancellation eligibility depends on the item, including whether it is standard or made to a custom specification, and does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Care and indoor use

The artwork is intended for suitable indoor conditions. Water, direct sunlight, outdoor exposure, high heat or excessive humidity may damage preserved moss and are outside normal care.
