This notice explains how Jocko Studio LLC, trading as JockoStudio, handles personal information when you browse jockostudio.com, contact us, create an account or place an order.

Business responsible for this notice

Information you provide

We receive information you enter in forms and checkout, including your name, email address, optional phone number, delivery address, project details, selected products and messages. We use it to answer enquiries, process and fulfil orders, provide customer support, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Orders and payment providers

When you continue from checkout, the order details needed to create the payment are sent to JockoStudio and you are redirected to Stripe or PayPal. The provider processes the payment immediately when you approve it. JockoStudio receives the order reference, payment status, value and currency, but does not receive or store full card details or PayPal login credentials. Stripe and PayPal handle information under their own privacy terms.

Accounts, cart and checkout reminders

If you create an account, we store your profile, delivery details, order relationship and Jocko Circle balance. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes. Your cart is stored locally in your browser. If you provide an email address and leave a payment unfinished, we may send one service reminder with a secure checkout-restoration link; you may ignore it or ask us to stop.

Room photos and reviews

Photos selected only in the room visualizer are processed inside your browser and are not uploaded to JockoStudio. A room photo attached to a design request is stored privately for the team handling that request. Photos attached to verified product reviews remain private until the review is approved for publication.

Store analytics, measurement and interaction replay

We use limited first-party events, such as page, product, cart and checkout activity, to understand store performance. With your permission, Google Tag and Pinterest Tag may measure whether product discovery leads to a view, cart action or confirmed purchase. Consent-based commerce events may include an order reference, value, currency and product references, but not payment credentials. Global Privacy Control is respected.

While you use the store, we may store a privacy-safe reconstruction of page views, cursor movement, scrolling, gallery views, text-selection length and clicks to diagnose navigation issues. Typed or selected text, passwords, delivery details and payment credentials are not recorded. Interaction replay events are kept for up to 30 days and are available only in protected store administration.

Google Customer Reviews

After a completed purchase, you may be invited to opt in to a Google Customer Reviews survey. If you opt in, Google receives the limited order information needed to send the survey, including the order reference, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date. Participation is optional and governed by Google’s privacy terms.

Service providers and retention

Information may be shared with providers that support hosting, payment processing, shipping, customer communications, measurement or order fulfilment, only as needed for those services. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with you, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate or legal reasons. Use the contact form for a privacy request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account, inquiry or order.
