Every piece is reviewed, securely packed and matched with a delivery plan before payment.
Order review
Checkout sends an order request. We confirm product availability, destination, production time, shipping method and the final total before asking for payment.
Destinations
Requests from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and European destinations are welcome. Other destinations can be entered at checkout and are reviewed individually.
Production time
Preparation depends on the selected design, size and finish. Made-to-order and custom formats require additional time. The expected dispatch window is included in the confirmation.
Shipping cost
Shipping depends on destination, package size and artwork format. The cart shows the merchandise subtotal; the confirmed shipping amount is provided before payment.
Taxes and customs
Destination-specific taxes, duties or import processing may apply. Any amounts not collected with the confirmed order may remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. Larger works may require special handling or a delivery appointment.
Damage in transit
Keep all packaging and photograph the box and artwork immediately. Contact us with the order reference so the damage and next step can be reviewed.
Returns and cancellation
Eligibility depends on the item and whether it was produced to a custom specification. The applicable terms are provided with order confirmation and do not limit rights under applicable law.
