Consumer withdrawal
Submit a clear withdrawal notice.
Use this function to tell Jocko Studio LLC that you withdraw from an eligible online purchase. For a standard, non-personalised piece, submit the notice within 14 calendar days after delivery. You do not need to give a reason.
After submission, download or print the timestamped confirmation. Notify us before sending the parcel, use the published German return address and follow any carrier or customs instructions. A statutory withdrawal does not require prior approval.
