These terms apply to purchases made through jockostudio.com. Jocko Studio LLC, trading as JockoStudio, is the seller named on this storefront.

Seller and contact

Ordering and immediate payment

Checkout shows the selected items, quantity, currency, complimentary shipping and order total. When you continue, your order details are submitted to JockoStudio and you are redirected to Stripe or PayPal. Payment is processed by the provider you select when you approve it. Your order is confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful payment.

Card and PayPal credentials are entered only on the provider’s secure payment page. JockoStudio does not receive or store full card or PayPal login credentials. If payment is cancelled or declined, the order is not confirmed.

Prices, currency and import charges

Orders are dispatched from Germany. The checkout total is shown in the selected currency before payment and tracked carriage is complimentary. For EU destinations, applicable VAT is handled under the relevant sales rules, including destination-country rules where required; a shipment from Germany normally does not incur import VAT or customs duty. For destinations outside the EU, delivery is generally DAP to the customer’s delivery address: Jocko Studio LLC arranges carriage, while the recipient handles import formalities and pays import VAT, customs duties and clearance or brokerage fees not included or collected at checkout. Mandatory checkout tax collection rules and consumer rights prevail.

Product information and natural materials

Choose the exact frame finish, size or set shown on the product page. Preserved moss varies naturally in colour, texture, shape and density. Product photographs show the design direction; each handmade piece will have small natural differences.

Production and delivery

The estimated production and delivery window is shown before payment and is described in our shipping information. Dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Shipping information.

Cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel before dispatch. Starting preparation of a standard, non-personalised catalogue piece does not by itself remove statutory withdrawal rights. A non-prefabricated piece made to your individual specifications or a clearly personalised piece may be exempt only where applicable law permits. After dispatch, follow the published return process. Care and indoor use

The artwork is intended for suitable indoor conditions. Water, direct sunlight, outdoor exposure, high heat or excessive humidity may damage preserved moss and are outside normal care.

Jocko Circle

Jocko Circle members receive 250 welcome points and one point for each whole US dollar in a payment confirmed as paid. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not earned on cancelled or refunded amounts. Collector status begins at 1,000 points and Atelier Circle at 3,000 points. Benefits are personal, subject to availability and may evolve; material changes will be shown in the customer account.

Questions and consumer rights
