Clear production and transit estimates are shown before payment. Shipping is complimentary to every delivery country listed below.
Every piece is handmade and dispatched from Germany. Complimentary tracked carriage is included for the countries below. For EU destinations, applicable sales VAT follows destination-country rules; parcels moving from Germany normally do not incur customs duty or import VAT. For destinations outside the EU, the recipient may need to pay import VAT, customs duties and clearance or brokerage fees before delivery unless they are expressly included or collected at checkout.
Allow 3–5 business days for preparation and quality checks before dispatch. Weekends are not counted. A product-specific estimate is shown on the product page and in checkout.
Estimated carrier transit is about 5 business days after dispatch. The final carrier estimate is confirmed when the order ships.
Estimated carrier transit is 18–21 business days after dispatch. Customs processing or regional delivery conditions can extend this estimate.
Each piece is packed for transit and a tracking reference is provided after dispatch. Keep the protective packaging until you have inspected the artwork.
Production and carrier dates are estimates, not guarantees. Severe weather, customs checks, carrier disruption or an incomplete delivery address can cause delay. Contact us if tracking stops updating or a parcel arrives damaged.

Photograph the parcel, protective packaging and artwork as received, then contact us with the order number before returning it. Do not use the Florida correspondence address. If a return is needed, use the published German return address and follow any case-specific carrier or customs instructions.
Standard, non-personalised pieces can be returned under the published 14-day policy and any stronger mandatory rights. Review the policy, notify us within the applicable period and use the published return address in Schwindegg, Germany.
